Service providers shall not be responsible for the damages that may be caused due to use of service or due to actions or decisions taken or made on the basis of delivered or undelivered service. Furthermore, the service provider shall not be responsible for any claims presented against the Customer by third parties on the basis of such use, actions or decisions.
